Hi, I’m Ella.
I provide online business support for women as well as working at the intersection of social justice, spiritual connection, and embodied healing.
I’m a Somatic Trauma Educator and a Feminine Embodiment Practitioner with a First Class Hons Degree in Psychology.
My work is scientifically anchored, socially informed, and spiritually driven. My mission is centred on embodied liberation for women and femmes. I believe in the body’s innate ability to heal and transform. Women deserve to live a life that is true to who they came here to be, not who they were prescribed to be.
I continue to evolve my knowledge through embodied learning (theory + lived experience) and enjoy a beautiful life in connection to the earth, loved ones, and my body.

Reconnect to your business.
For women in business dedicated to doing things differently. My support enables you to stay regulated, connected, and in tune with your body, so you can focus on the work you’d actually like to be doing. Hire someone you can trust, who understands the world of work and business is due for a do-over. I centre decolonisation and feminist practices as well as energetic alignment in my business and I bring that lens into every business I work in.
Don’t just hire anyone. Hire someone who can come in with the strategy, systems, and actually complete the work you need help with.

Have a look at my ‘Do It In A Day’ service. No ongoing commitments. One day, one payment. Perfect to get your systems and back-end of business sorted.
You have access to the workshops for 12-months.

“Holy shit, there are so many nuggets of wisdom and validation in each episode. I know its very Projector of you but I feel like it needs to be said, the way you ask questions, I love it. The way you hold space, I love it. Hosting a podcast is famously very hard and you do it really well.”
