  • Make sure you complete your practices in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed.

  • Allow yourself to wriggle, fidget, and move as needed. Listen to your bodies cues even if it means getting up to turn the fan on/off or changing clothes. What does your body need in order to drop in more fully?

  • Be sure to practice consistently. Building body sensitivity, especially when you first come to embodiment, is crucial. Develop a daily/ almost daily practice where possible without being too strict or militant.
