Workshop Description—Embodied Self-Seduction
Many women are disconnected from their pleasure. And our relationship with it is fraught—often seen as something we must 'earn' or a frivolous pursuit we can indulge in only after finishing our never-ending to-do list.
But what if we seduced her into being? Self-seduction is a dance with your erotic muse, where you embody both the seducer and the seduced. It's not performance nor manipulation—it's about surrendering to your innate sensuality and giving yourself permission to be present with your pleasure, sans agenda.
In a world that weaponises and commodifies women's sexuality, integrating your erotic essence into your life and identity is a radical act. This experiential workshop will guide you to claim ownership over your erotic energy, turn yourself on, and tap into the wellspring of pleasure to be found in your own body.

What to Bring
Pen, paper/journal. To prepare for the workshop, I invite you to wear something comfortable that allows you to move. Create a space that feels indulgent—tend to all of your senses. You may like to dim the lighting, light candles or incense, wear something that feels sensual on your skin etc.
