I have a deep passion for supporting founders with the day-to-day operations of their brand. While the online world is full of OBMs, VAs and other business support entrepreneurs, I have noticed that very few people align their ethics with their behaviours. The dominant narrative in the online world is that majority of people want to grow their revenue by any means necessary. My work asks us a different question: how can I automate my business with the systems and strategies it needs to thrive, while also encouraging a wider cultural reset that acknowledges inequities in privilege, power, and resources? 

The world of work and online business is due for a do-over. This is why I centre Decolonisation, anti-Capitalism, feminist principles, as well as energetic alignment in my business and every business I work in. I believe that the people you hire and the team you work with should all centre the same values that you do. The women I work with in the online business support space are all industry disruptors in some way: working towards changing the status quo for the better. You deserve a team that can champion your mission as much as you do.

So, how can I help you do this? My support seamlessly aligns strategic thinking, seamless system integration, with high-quality work. When you’re looking to expand your online team and lean on someone for support in your business, you want to hire someone who can do it all: a graphic designer, a marketing assistant, an administration officer, a digital marketer, a social media support worker, a copy writer, and a strategist. You want to make sure the person you’re welcoming into your team knows how to do these things well, but also knows how to do these things in a way that honors you & your business. I provide a high level of support and will become a crucial element of your business structure.

I want you to know I work to a very high standard, so here’s a little bit more information about me: I graduated with a First Class Honours Degree in Psychological Science from the University of Queensland. I’ve been awarded three Deans Commendations and won the Peace Psychology Award for my Thesis on Empathy and Activism. Since graduating I’ve worked as a Rehabilitation Counsellor supporting Veterans and Ex-Federal Police Officers back to their return to life. I was consistently labelled as a top achieving consultant across South East Qld during this time. I also worked as a Research Support Person implementing Trauma Informed Models of Care into Alcohol and Other Drugs Facilities. In 2023 I decided to take the leap into working for myself full time and have never looked back. Since then, I’ve supported over 20 businesses with their back-end operations, systems, strategic thinking, and marketing. 

I provide high-quality work and am not one to cut corners. I take working with you as the privilege it is. Someone who you can bounce ideas off, ask questions, solve problems, and have as a support person in your back pocket whenever you need. Things you need to know.

  • Social Media Management: Instagram/Youtube/Tiktok planning, creation, scheduling, and community engagement.

    Marketing: Course, retreats, launches, whatever you need help with, I can do. Everything I do is written through the lens of feminist principles. I don’t believe in leveraging “pain points” or engaging in toxic strategies that can increase harm to your community.

    Copy Writing: I’m consistently told a big contributing reason to hiring me is because of my way with words. I love writing (you can check out my Substack here!) and am easily able to adopt your tone of voice into the work you need help with.

    Podcast Management: Focus on being present with your guests and let me do the rest. I can manage your show notes, editing, hosting, and content. Podcasts are notoriously time heavy - it’s so important to have someone help you manage this where possible. Social Media Management: Not a fan of socials? Luckily I am. I can take everything off your plate including planning your content months ahead, so all you have to do is press ‘approve’. The rest is taken care of for you.

    Systems: A lot of business owners are using old and clunky systems that take up time and increase mental load. Let me do a business audit for you so that you can rely on your systems to take care of the rest.

    Administration: I can handle all client inquiries, customer service concerns, and outbound administrative duties. I actually love being client facing and pride myself on my customer service abilities.

    Organisation: Back end of your biz making you feel overwhelmed? I can clean up your G Drive, Canva, and Inbox so it’s back to feeling organised and calm.

  • I value long-term, ongoing arrangements with the women I work with. We get started on a 3 month retainer, however, your retainer is assumed to roll over on a monthly basis after the initial three months unless otherwise indicated. Most of my clients work with me for 6-12+ months.

    Though I understand sometimes you just need some assistance for a short period of time, it’s totally up to you and your business needs!

    Think of hiring me as you would a virtual employee - just without the headache of all the paperwork, super payments, and sick & holiday leave.

  • I currently have a strong skillset across Flo Desk, Kajabi, Mailer Lite, Squarespace, Substack, Wordpress, Gmail Workspace, Canva, Zoom, Convert Kit, Mighty Networks, Circle, and Thrive cart. I have a high level of technical efficiency and am self-taught across each of these systems. If I haven’t worked with a particular system before, I am easily able to pick it them up.

  • Mini-meet Zoom call to check in around your business needs (you can also send me voice notes to my Instagram DMs if that’s more your thing!) —> Pick the support package your business requires —> get started! I make sure the process is quick and efficient so you can focus on working on the things that matter.

How it Works

All packages are on retainer/contract only for a minimum of three months. Monthly invoices are sent at the start of each month. All prices are shown in Australian Dollars. International transactions incur a 3% fee.
